Taylor & Townsend was appointed by New Africa Development (Pty) Ltd as project managers on this new single-storey retail development in Hammanskraal. The first phase of the centre is 38,000 m² and the design is an enclosed mall providing for anchor tenants Pick n Pay, Super Spar, Game, Edgars and Cashbuild, accessible by three lead-in malls and one central mall. The mall is situated in close proximity to the Hammanskraal CBD and Temba.
