Iconic design as lead project manager and fit-out on a turnkey CM design and build.
Taylor & Townsend was appointed as the lead project manager and for the fit-out on a turnkey construction management design and build for a new building to house the bank's headquarters, bank branch and offices. The client's brief called for a new building in the City Level Commercial District of Kigali, with rental space provided separately from bank operations. In principle a two-tower scheme — Ground + 4 levels, Ground + 8 levels and usable roof levels — was approved.
