Six-storey office building designed and built on a nine-month programme.
The building consists of two basement levels of covered parking (152 bays), three office levels and a roof level including a roof-top covered entertainment area and external landscaped terrace for functions. The total project budget was R65 million (ex VAT) and the construction programme nine months. The project team, under the leadership of Taylor & Townsend, achieved completion within the required period and budget, and the building achieved a Green Star 4 rating on completion.
