The proposed redevelopment and extension of the Malvern / Queensburgh Shopping Centre will include merging the Malvern Shopping Centre with the Queensburgh Shopping Centre to add approximately 5,000 – 6,000 m² of bulk. This extension incorporates two 1,000 m² retail stores for anchor tenants, with the balance made up of smaller retail stores, improving the combined offering for the surrounding community.
