Taylor & Townsend initially undertook the role of project managers on this seven-storey commercial building on Limuru Road, Nairobi, on behalf of I&M Bank. We were subsequently awarded the turnkey fit-out to the value of KSh 500,000,000. Half of the commercial space is leased to multinational operations.
