Taylor & Townsend is proud to have been the principal agent and joint project manager, together with Abacus Asset Management, for Baywest Mall. The mall forms the centrepiece of Baywest City, a massive new mixed-use development in Port Elizabeth. The entire precinct is being developed by Billion Group and Abacus Asset Management in joint venture, and aimed to create over 6,000 permanent jobs in the area from completion in May 2015.
